These tools include everything from bucket tooth & adapeter (adapoter), bucket tips and teeth holder system, side cutters, forged one piece ripper shanks, scarifiers, backhoe ripper shanks, cutting edges, loader and excavator adapters, trenchers and mining shovel adapters/bases to replacement teeth as cast, forged, or fabricated. We can supply many styles to fit most all brands and applications.

We manufacture castings and process machineries for over 20 years. The factory owns a group of employees with rich experience in technical aspects . There’s a assembly line that offers the service with high quality all over the world in the factory. And it brings customers the most convenient service .The factory has a production capacity up to 4500 tons . It covers an area of 21,000 square meters, with 15,000 square meters construction area . It has 315 employees, including 250 casting workers , 60 technicians and 5 senior engineers at present.

It mainly product alloy steels , carbon steels and stainless steels , and specializes in the production of bearing series , automobile parts , train parts , fire-grate bars , excavator engineering machineries and ship series . The factory is praised by customers both home and abroad due to the product variety and high casting skills . It has always paid great attention to quality assurance system, and has obtained ISO9001-2008 and TS16949 certificate .The factory is fully equipped with quality testing installations , including PA-5500V Spectrometer from Japanese Shimadzu Corporation , 60T Metallographic Microscope , 150/300J Impact tester , HB-300 Brinell hardness machine , PFUT-260 all-digital Ultrasonic flaw detection machine , Fluorescent magnetic particle testing machine , Metallographic analysis system , Rockwell hardness machine , Chemical titration analyzer and so on .

70% of the products are mainly exported to the United States , Canada , Germany , Britain , France , Korea , Sweden , Japan and dozens of countries and they are widely acclaimed by customers .
