Investment Casting
Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, includes wax pressure, wax repair, group tree, soaking, wax melting, casting metal liquid and post-processing technology. Wax casting wax was used to make castings, wax and wax were applied to the clay, and then coated with mud. The mud is dried, and the hot water is added to the internal melted wax. The melting end clay mold is dewaxing and baked into a ceramic mold. Roast it immediately. When making ordinary dies, leave the gate, and then pour molten metal from the gate. Sand Casting
Sand casting, also known as sand mold casting, is a casting process with sand as the die material. The term “sand casting” can also refer to objects produced during sand casting. Sand castings are manufactured in specialized factories called foundries. More than 70% of the metal castings were produced by sand casting process.
Moulds made from sand are relatively inexpensive, and are also adequate refractories for the use of cast steel. In addition to sand, suitable binder (usually clay) is mixed with sand or occurs. The mixture is usually wetted with water, but sometimes wetted with other substances to develop strength and plasticity of clay and to make aggregates suitable for molding.
CNC Machining
CNC machining is a digital manufacturing technology: it produces high-accuracy parts with excellent physical properties directly from a CAD file. Due to the high level of automation, CNC is price-competitive for both one-off custom parts and medium-volume productions. Almost every material can be CNC machined.

Heat Treating
