Part 257-2553 is a modified V-shaped compaction tip specially designed for the 815 series single drum vibratory compactors.
This symmetrical compactor tooth features an optimized V-shaped wheel tip structure. It delivers enhanced ground contact pressure, superior compaction performance, stable driving conditions and excellent traction. The tip is welded onto a base assembly, which is then fixed directly to the steel drum via welding. The wheel tip is replaceable. Thanks to this V-shaped layout, consistent compaction results can be achieved whether the compactor moves forward or in reverse.
