The TC6 Track Claw is a heavy-duty bolt-on traction upgrade exclusively engineered for 6-ton class mini excavators and heavy-duty compact track loaders.
1. Non-Destructive Bolt-On Installation
This TC6 Track Claw adopts a full bolt assembly design, which needs no welding, cutting or polishing on site. It can perfectly match the original mounting holes on 6-ton crawler equipment tracks. Users can finish installation and removal quickly with common hand tools at construction sites. This non-destructive design well protects the original track plates and chassis structure. It also prevents permanent equipment damage and value loss, which are common problems of traditional welded anti-slip track parts.
2. Upgraded Heavy-Duty Load Capacity
To fit the heavy working load and strong impact force of 6-ton construction machines, the TC6 Track Claw is made of extra thick high-strength steel with an integrated one-piece forming process. It has better pressure resistance, impact resistance and torsion resistance than track claws for smaller machines. It will not bend, crack or deform easily during long-term heavy earthwork, rock handling and rough road operations. With a premium anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface layer, it can work stably in various tough conditions, such as muddy ground, rainy days, saline-alkali areas and low-temperature frozen environments.
3. Max Multi-Directional Anti-Slip & Traction
The TC6 Track Claw features an improved V-shaped tooth design with deeper and wider grooves and a larger grounding area. It greatly improves the front and rear grip of the machine, effectively stopping track slipping on muddy land, wetlands, sandy ground, gravel roads, frozen soil and snow surfaces. The reinforced side tooth structure can effectively avoid side sliding and body tilting when working on slopes, passing uneven roads or making sharp turns. It ensures stable and safe operation for heavy-load and precise construction work.
