This is a heavy-duty welded bucket wear part specially designed for underground mining LHD loaders, belonging to bucket edge protection structural components, mainly used to reinforce the front cutting edge and side structure of the loader bucket against severe abrasion, impact and excavation wear in harsh mining environments.
Half-Arrow Cutting Edge Segment
The weld-on half-arrow cutting edge enables bucket customization with side bar protection capabilities. It can be fitted with side cutting edges to improve penetration performance, or equipped with intermediate tooth segments to mitigate fan-shaped notches.
