The cutting edge arm is a heavy-duty structural wear-resistant component dedicated to mining underground loaders (LHD scooptrams). It serves as the supporting carrier for the bucket cutting edge assembly, firmly connects the bucket main body with shovel blades, half-arrow cutting edge segments, side protective blades and bucket tooth assemblies. It bears the main digging impact force, extrusion force and friction load during ore shoveling, excavation and material transportation processes, and is a core load-bearing & protective part for the front end of the loader bucket.

High-Strength Load-Bearing Structural Design Engineered with integrated thickened forging/casting structure, featuring excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and bending resistance. It can withstand intense continuous impact when shoveling hard ore, rock and compacted bulk materials underground, effectively avoiding deformation, bending or fracture under heavy working loads.

Precision Mounting Interface Standard reserved welding and assembly positions are pre-set on the arm body, which perfectly matches assorted cutting edges, side protection accessories and bucket teeth. It enables quick installation, replacement and on-site welding assembly without secondary machining on site.

Synergistic Protection with Bucket Cutting Edge System Works cooperatively with half-arrow cutting edges, side shovel blades and tooth segments. It stabilizes the entire blade assembly, prevents displacement and loosening of shovel blades during operation, reduces unilateral abrasion of the bucket side plates, and greatly extends the overall service life of the bucket front-end wear system.

Adaptable to Harsh Underground Mining Conditions Manufactured with wear-resistant alloy material, it resists severe abrasive wear, ore scraping, collision and corrosion in damp, dusty underground mine environments, lowering the frequency of spare parts replacement.

Primarily used as the supporting arm component for bucket cutting edge protection assemblies on underground LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) scooptram loaders; Matched together with serial bucket blade parts (such as Part No.578-9615 half-arrow cutting edge segment) to form a complete bucket edge wear protection system.
